By default, one cleaner is assigned. If your home is larger than 3,000 sq ft, you can request an additional cleaner.

You only pay the hourly rate — no service or hidden fees. Please note that each cleaning has a minimum duration of 2 hours.

Yes, our cleaners arrive fully equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies, including a mop. A vacuum can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

Yes, we do. Laundry is available as long as the washer is located within the apartment or building. Ironing and closet organization are also included in our services. Please note that we do not provide carpet or upholstery cleaning, exterior window cleaning (for safety reasons), or cleaning of outdoor grills affected by heavy soot buildup and we do not clean pet waste or other biohazard materials
